For $195 a person, they offer a 6 course tasting menu with the first 3 courses featuring 'Grade A5 100% Japanese Wagyu Beef' ( Cerificate of authenticity posted ).The first two courses include a beef sashimi serve over ice since beef with such marbling will melt around 24-24C. Another course involve a personal hebachi for grilling the beef. May be they have a few Japanese chef looking after the beef and the more expensive part of the menu?
