San Joaquin County will pay chiropractor's attorney fee From Stockton Record STOCKTON - An attorney representing a former Stockton chiropractor charged with insurance fraud will be paid $100 an hour from the San Joaquin County general fund, a judge said Wednesday clarifying an earlier order.
