Theme park faces safety charges over girl's death on water ride

Four years after a teenage girl died on a ride at a theme park in Wales, the owners have been summoned to court to answer charges of health and safety breaches. The Crown Prosecution Service also ruled out criminal charges but the Health and Safety Executive served a summons on Oakwood Leisure yesterday for an alleged breach of the Health and Safety at Work Act after its own investigation.
