GTEA seeks relaxation in noise pollution law From Navhind Times Panaji, Jan 31 The Goa Tourism and Entertainment Association (GTEA) has sought relaxation in noise pollution law enforced in the year 2000 known as the Goa Noise Pollution Act, 2000. The association would appoint a lawyer and join the petition pending in the High Court and the association would request the government, the member of Parliament from South, Mr Francisco Sardinha to help in requesting the central government to modify the sound control act for state, it was resolved.
