'We Have a Deep Reverence for Chinese Culture'
From Epoch Times
January afternoon, 20 people traveled from Wisconsin to Illinois to enjoy the Chinese New Year Spectacular at Chicago's Arie Crown Theater on Saturday night. Chris Moses’ class
From aikiinseattle.wordpress.com
On Friday, a bunch of us went to a special class taught by Chris Moses at Seattle School of Aikido. It is one that aims to teach the body to structure itself in such a way that techniques work not so much because of the energy of the interaction, but from the way the body is positioned and aligned with respect to itself and to uke....
