Green Monday “Getting Active – Aikido”

The morning class looked to be just a few experienced students, so would I hope be good to give me a small group to work with and less of a strain socially. I had my son with me, and he wants to try classes too, though I think he'd been more sure if he could've participated (which their insurance doesn't allow). The reason I thought about Aikido is that unlike Tao Kwan Do or Karate, which is heavily taught around here, it's a soft art, more about movement and defense than attack.
