Conseco to restate financial results From Indianapolis Star Conseco Inc. said Monday it has uncovered accounting errors, and will restate its financial results and delay filing its annual results with securities regulators while it fixes them. Although the company said it won't file its year-end results with the SEC until "on or about" March 17, it plans to release 2007 results March 11 and hold its quarterly conference call with analysts and investors March 12.
