Who’s got the beef to be top class chef?

THE race is on to find Wales top Welsh Beef School Cook 2008. The overall winner will earn the coveted title of Welsh Beef School Cook 2008 and their school will form the main focus of HCC's Welsh Beef Day 2008. In light of these changes it is hoped that Welsh beef and Welsh lamb will become staple ingredients to be used by school cooks across Wales.
