The training was fast paced, and believe me when I say that these grandmasters of the great art of balintawak arnis can literally do the dance of death with eyes close. It would seem that while you only wield one stick, Balintawak arnis was more potent than the more popular doce pares. In balintawak arnis all parts of the stick is a weapon.
